The Animals!

Last month we went to see a pretend Bethlehem town. Basically a church way out in the country has set up a little village that they open during Christmas, and basically you get to go back in time and get a little insight into life back then. Then they put on a nativity play every half hour. It's pretty interesting, but honestly all my kids enjoyed were the animals. We stayed well over an hour going back and forth between the sheep, camels, donkeys, and oxen.

The donkeys weren't to interested in showing their faces!

They loved the goats, but they really wanted to pet the sheep. Unfortunately the sheep were not people pleasers!

I think this camel took a liking to Michael, but the lady in the background must have thought I was a crazy mom worried about a photo op rather than rescuing my child!
